General Terms for Booking the "Sleeping in the Hayloft" Room

Booking and Payment
The room reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment (which is non-refundable in case of no-show). The remaining amount can be paid via bank transfer (TRR) or in cash upon departure, unless otherwise agreed. -
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. In case of later cancellation or no-show, the advance payment (50%) will be retained as a cancellation fee. -
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: by 10:00 AM on the day of departure
Early check-in or late check-out is possible by prior arrangement. -
Room Use
The room is intended exclusively for registered guests (up to 9 people). Smoking indoors is not allowed. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Pets are not allowed due to the presence of many animals on the farm that could be disturbed by others. Guests are expected to treat the room and equipment with care and respect. -
Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. In case of damage, we reserve the right to charge for repair or cleaning costs. -
Room Accessibility
Please note that the room is located in a hayloft, accessible via slightly steep wooden stairs. It is not accessible with a stroller, wheelchair, or for persons with reduced mobility.
